Aerobic Class Descriptions:
- H20 Aerobics - A great class for aerobic training and body toning since water offers 12 times the resistance of air! All levels are welcome. Your intensity level can be determined by your effort, but the impact level is always minimal. Join us in the indoor pool. Workouts may include water weights, noodles, and/or gloves.
- Lo/Sculpt - This class incorporates floor patterns into a moderately intense, lo-impact workout coupled with toning and strength training. All levels are welcome and modifications will be presented.
- Body Sculpting - Not motivated to do your strength training alone? Join us for a class designed to train your entire body. We will warm you up, sculpt your muscles, stretch those muscles and send you home revitalized.
- 20/20/20 - This versatile class is designed to provide a total-body cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility training class all in one. The 60-minute class will combine all of the following components: Step, Power Low, and Body Sculpting.
- Step Basic - Step choreography is introduced to participants in the beginning of the class, and then incorporated into basic movements throughout the cardiovascular portion. A good introductory class, all levels are welcome and modifications will be presented.
- SStretch-n-Motion - Increases range of motion, balance, and coordination by combining Yoga, Pilates, & PNF Stretching. (Please bring towel).
- Butts & Guts - They don't call them "Gluteus Maximus" for nothing. An intense strength and sculpting workout concentrating on those hard to reach places. . . the thighs, gluts, abdominals, and obloquies.
- Treadmill Training - Bored on the treadmill? This class will turn that boredom into an intense, motivating workout. Class will include intervals with speed and incline work set to music. Great for walkers, runners, and anyone looking to burn some fat! Space is limited to 10 participants.
- Total Circuit - This 45-minute class is a total body workout that combines interval training on both the cardio and weight machines followed by stretching and ab work. Don't forget your towel because there will be a lot of sweating going on!!
- Box-n-Burn - A martial arts based training involving punches, blocks, and kicking techniques coupled with weights for maximum toning!
- Kids-Fit - A 30-minute class packed with FUN for kids 2 to 5. Class will involve structured activities with hula-hoops, bands and balls.
- Kids-Fit Jr.- A 30-minute class for children ages 6-10 that incorporates fun movement activities set to music.
